U and Me at 3:03 is the debut EP by VINSON, a vocalist from Detroit now based in LA. This project hosts a variety of tracks featuring a blend of deep house, hip-hop, and futuristic soul. He says this record is “for people that like to be at the rave but also in their feelings.” The name 303 is not only a reference to the bassline synth which was used throughout the making of this record, but also the time of night when someone would be at the after-hours club or at home with a partner for moments of reflection. Guest appearances by electronic soul artist Kesswa and soul artist Sophiyah E of Detroit make instant classics on “Moving U” and “Love The Sunshine”, while VINSON sets his smooth vocals atop acid grooves on the title track, as well as the first single, “Distractions”. Influenced by and paying homage to the origins of techno and house, rooted in the warehouses of Detroit and Chicago, birthed from POC LBGTQ ravers and DJs.
There is a particular time in Detroit in which we all come together and celebrate electronic music in its many varieties of sound. A feeling that we all gather around and undeniably catch when we stand in the crowds moving and swaying to the beats. In honor of this time, we have collaborated with PITS co-founder XIA to offer a free download for the festival season. LTL (Larger than Life) is an homage to that feeling and the energy shared from a energetic, classic, speaker-banging, house anthem!

Mist of Serenity is the lead single by electronic duo Torus Eyes, taken from and promoting their upcoming EP release. The song is about letting go of the ego and allowing space for connection and gratitude to flourish. Bringing surreal imagery to the real, they encourage the listener to relax and imagine the mind is like steam evaporating, dispelling the notion of easily understood ideas with layers of dense material. Torus Eyes holds the fourth installment of the PRMR series by Detroit-based label PITS, sharing up and coming electronic music producers from the city.

Prepare to be locked into a hard groove because Roque Ybarra has provided PITS with two dance-floor ready jack tunes in the form of his Lock Down EP. ‘Workin’ and ‘Clink Clink’ both bear a heavy bassline that is complemented with plenty of slapping percussion. Roque has been active in the Detroit dance music scene for the past 5 years, and is currently running two monthly parties at The Whiskey Disco and Temple Bar as part of the much beloved local DJ duo So Vague with co-conspirator Beatloaf. He keeps his approach to dance music light and easy-going with a knack for pulling out the deep tech burners at peak hour.
